decent
ive only been taking these for a few weeks, so i have no idea if they work or not. the quality was ok, the tabs seemed to be a little rough around the edges, but im new to supplement taking, so i dont know how perfect the pills should look. other than that i think the amount i got for the price was pretty good. also i know nothing about source naturals, so i guess i'll do some research.

The cost alone is why I chose this product. I'm not sure of it's effectiveness or quality and how my body has responded to it.
