I always do quite a lot of research before buying supplements. I have purchased k2 from dr. mercola"s site (which I hold in high esteem), and learned quite a lot from his readily available information. I do not know that the labs that produce the k2 for vitacost are held in as high a standard as his site offers, but I saw no evidence that would indicate otherwise, Since I am on a limited income, the price of supplements offered at vitacost are definitely significant. I suggest to anyone who is interested in purchasing k2 (to increase the absorbtion of d3 into the bone, etc) please read the difference between k1, k2, and k3. Then, draw your own conclusions. I feel confident that the product I purchased from vitacost does just that, and at a much lower cost. This is quite simply my opinion.

I am switching.....
I used this product for a few years, but now there are other products that have comparable quality, so I am switching.

Excellent Product
I am convinced that this is the best form (natto extracted K2) of K available. The only downside is the cost compared to the lab made K1.

vitamin K2
This product contains good amounts of vitamin D, and a good version of vitamin K. But the amounts of vitamin K are microscopic for the use I needed - cardiovascular amounts are around 20 mg, I understand, but this measures in micrograms. I think it is sort of mislabelled and should be called vitamin D with a dash of K2 instead of vitamin K2. I am going back to vitamin D only tabs, until a vitamin K tab arrives that fits me better. Service, however, was great!
