If you start taking 3 tablets every 3 hours at the very first sign of not feeling well (e.g., cough, cold, fever, etc.) you will begin to feel better the very next day. Amazing This was recommended to me through my nutritionist. I now swear by it. I have bought it repeatedly for myself, my Husband, and sent it to friends and family as gifts. It really works!
