Great, except for taste I have used this before, and it really does lessen and ward off a cold. Only problem, my daughter hates the taste so it's a struggle to even get her to take it. It has a herbal minty taste, it's a little strong for a child in my opinion. Other than that it works, I just wish I could get my child to continue taking it. July 30, 2012
