Suggested Use:

New Users: Consume 1/2 dose per day. Gradually increase to 1 full dose 2-3 times per day.

General Use: For consumption by adults 12 years and older. Mix 1 teaspoon or scoop in at least 8 oz of liquid 2-3 times daily. Do not take if your have difficulty swallowing.

Note If You Are Taking Oral Medication: Use this product at least 2 hours prior or 2 hours after ingesting oral medication.
