Just OK My summary is just OK because, even though this shake tastes good, the cap doesn't go back on right and it doesn't dissolve in milk(it does in water). February 28, 2013

Great taste Taste worked, but the shaking system was not ideal for the powder. It would work better in a blender, as shaking it up in this bottle left me with big clumps of protein dough. December 9, 2012
