"I've been trying to find a healthy substitute for my favorite mayo--one that doesn't use soybean oil--but this isn't it. The flavor was less than bland, the texture was MUCH thinner, and actually canola oil isn't that much healthier. I'm going to try making my own with hi-oleic safflower oil. I returned this."

"I love, love, love this mayo. It's made with canola oil so it's healthier. You can tell when you rinse out the jar, it's effortless; while my old mayo jar took much more effort to clean."
