Excellent Prodct I use this product in a very unusual manner. Breakfast for me is a bowl of kashi Cereal drizzled with the Spectrum Oil, crumbled bran muffin for sweetness and blueberries. Cannot be without Spectrum Flax Oil - please note the Original Formula - not any other ! March 23, 2011
