The best Flaxseed vitamins.
This is my favorite Flax Seed vitamins. I"v tried alot of Flax Seed vitamins and this is the best.

When you smell the Spectrum Flax seed in the bottle, OMG that is the most amazing Flax Seed Smell.

2 in 1!
I am able to get my flax oil and omega 3, 6, 9 oil in the same vitamin. In the end it saves me money. The biggest negative is that you have to take 6 a day.

Good company
My mom takes these, but I recently ordered Krill Oil from Dr. Mercola and she will stop taking this product, along with the borage and flax and just use Krill.
