Holds up to higher heat!
Love this product! I was using the organic spray olive oil, then read that it is best for heat under 350 degrees. That explains the off taste sometimes while pan frying. The grapeseed oil is made for higher heats up to 425 degrees which makes it great for spraying a roasting pan or frying pan. It's also not loaded with all the chemicals that are in the ingredients of Pam for example.

Healthy oil, easy to use
I love using this grapeseed oil spray. It's a healthy oil for one's body and nutrient needs, safer than canola, and we won't even mention those mainline brands, will we? Ugh.
A little of this in a skillet will provide you enough to sauté veggies or make a fine omelet. I also use a thin coating of it for my baking, and LOVE it in my cast iron skillet for from-scratch cornbead. Go for it.
It's hard to find outside of my local co-op/health food store, even though other products in this brand's line are present on the grocery store shelves. Vitacost has a great price on this.
I also really like the Spectrum Coconut Oil spray, but can't use it in winter time, as coconut oil, much like butter, is mostly solid under a certain temp, therefore it doesn't spray as well. Of course, if it weren't organic, the company could possibly add chemicals to keep it from getting solid, but then... I would never buy it. So I buy it only in warmer months, but if you live in a more southerly place, give that one a try as well.

Great product
This product surpassed my expectations. It is a great quality spray. I also love that when you use it, it doesn't spray everywhere & make a mess. It seems like regular spray oils have a bad smell when you spray them, and I don't notice that w/ this product either. Will definitely purchase again.
