Lasts FOREVER
I am never buying the smaller size bottles again! I love this stuff because it's fairly cheap and lasts so much longer. The taste is obviously neutral since it's canola. I don't entirely believe it's safe for high-heat but I still use it for searing and broiling.

Very large size
This product has worked very well for me. I like the larger size, as most that are sold in the grocery store are half this size.

Cooking Essential
I use this spray oil for everything -- grilling, sauteing, stir frying, etc. You pay a little more for the spray bottle, but it makes it SO much easier to control how much oil you use and help cut calories. I particularly like this "high heat" version because I know the oil won't break down and become unhealthy or lose its flavor if I want to use higher heat. I think Spectrum is a reliable brand in general, and I have yet to find another brand/product comparable to this one.

Sprays better than Pam. Much better value than Small can of this stuff, too.
