So-so product, great as a base or egg replacer
I love all things vegan mayo. I do! Ive tried them all. Id say it is best to stick to full fat products if you want a true sandwich spread. This is a bit runny and loose, which makes it work amazingly as an egg replacer as the consistency is much like real eggs. Ive used it in salad dressings... where it works well with miso, diluted a bit, add some tahini and perfect! Or it works well to thicken up sauces.
But when Ive used it on sandwiches like strictly as a mayo there is no flavoring or real presence to it. You have to work with it to make it snap. I love most spectrum naturals products but will pass on rebuying this.

Not bad
This works as a sandwich spread and a dressing, but slightly too vinegary and it needs a little spiffing-and-spicing up in my humble opinion. Note: It actually works well as a a substitute for eggs when making vegan pancake batter or other recipes calling for eggs. Use one tablespoon for each egg called for, blend it in and you're good to go. I'll purchase again.
