Love this stuff!!
Just received my first bottle of this and had to try it immediately. I mixed some with a bit of agave light nectar and drizzled it over a bowl of fresh, assorted summer fruits.....TO DIE FOR GOOD!!! Just the right amount of tangy/sweet to compliment every type of fruit it touched! I even dipped some crackers (Dr. Kracker Crackers that I bought from here) into the mixture...and they were tasty too! I think this stuff would be over the top good on pears...perhaps baked...mmmmm!! A bit spendy I know, but well worth the price! I know I'll be replenishing this stuff when my bottle gets low ;-)

Heaven
Keep your white vinegar for cleaning
your cidar vinegar and wine vinegar for cooking
your champagne vinegar for dabbling
but, heavens, use this for pure unbriddled taste
you could drink this and be happy
dash it over fruit, mix into any recipe where you would use vinegar
it can be difficult to find, much less at a good price
this is sheer wonder
