Pretty good
I have no problems with this product. i have not tried it plain (who eats mayo plain??) but I have used it to make tuna salad and egg salad sandwiches and it tastes just like "normal" mayo WITHOUT the Genetically modified ingredients, preservatives, etc. I will never eat "normal" mayo again(or any other non-organic corn, soy, cotton, or canola ingredient) now that I know the dangers of GMO's.

Healthy Alternative
If my health wasn't a concern, I would not even had ordered this product. But since my health is in question, I did. It will take some getting use to. Whether you use this one, or the other with olive oil, it still lacks taste of regular, or light mayos. I long for the taste in my old way of cooking. Unlimited amounts of mayo in all kinds of salads, etc.
