"Go to" cooking and salad oil
I don't use canola so these are my favorite oil to use for cooking, baking and salads. I never get indigestion from this oil and it has no after taste. Very clean and tolerates medium to high heat, b/c it is refined oil. I never use olive for anything, olive oil can be fake with other added oils and we would never know about it. Also I have never cooked with olive oil b/c it should not be heated period, it would be rancid, toxic and worse for your health then benefit health. Top quality olive oil should be ingested raw, unrefined and cold. Make sure its 100% olive oil.

Easy to digest
No indigestion like some fats or oils . No overpowering or sharp taste, Adds a nice taste.

A great combo with Balsamic vinegar
I love walnut oil on salads, and one of my favorites is to combine a sweet seasoned vinegar with the walnut oil over spinach topped with nuts and berries.
I also use this product on my skin, often making a blend of oils and adding a drop of essential oil for fragrance. It's much better for skin than any commercial product with all the chemicals. After all, skin is our biggest organ and should be treated kindly!
