Organic and no GMOs!! Leaves no off-taste, even in higher-heat cooking (like EVOO will sometimes do.) Frying, baking, salads, use it for everything. Price may seem higher than canola oils at the grocery store, but look at the plus side of goodness and it is worth it to me.

Excellent high heat stability -- great for frying,
I use this for frying, sautéing, grilling, and as an all-round cooking/baking oil. In addition, it supplies 1200mg. of Omega-3 per tablespoonful and has "smoke point" of 450 degrees F. No more setting off my smoke alarm when I fry or sauté on my stove top. Great organic product.

Wonderful for baking!
Very light oil, great for baking and the drip proof bottle is fool proof against making a mess when pouring.

I was pleased to find organic canola oil at Vitacost at an excellent price.
The FDA does not require manufacturers to declare on food labels whether genetic engineering is included as part of the food product and additives. The canola oil you get in the supermarket is genetic modified and you can find nothing on the label to ID it. Spectrum Canola Oil Organic is the exception to the rule.
Because canola oil is tasteless, unless rancid, it is often used as a substitute for olive oil in recipes that call for olive oil. The medical benefits of olive oil far outweigh those of canola oil, even organic, so canola is not an acceptable replacement. My wife cooks with it but does not add it in place of olive oil.
