Good Organic Canola Oil
I use canola oil when I need to fry. I don't do a lot of frying. I use organic coconut oil for baking and other stuff that requires oil. But for frying at high heat I recommend this. Can't go wrong here, since its also organic. A+

A kitchen must
Most canola oil is made from GMO seeds, and is sprayed with herbicides, etc., so organic canola is a must. Also, Spectrum bottles its canola oil in GLASS, not plastic. Also a must! This is a staple in my kitchen.

Good all purpose cooking oil
I use this oil frequently for greasing pans, frying food and adding to pancakes and other products calling for oil. Pretty flavorless when used fresh. Keeps well when opened. Almost all of the products in our house are organic and we make most of our meals from whole foods with little or no processed foods in the mix. While there are better oils - nut-based for example for very high temperature frying, this oil does very well for most tasks. Much cheaper here than even my "has great prices on most things" local market. Have used this for about 5 years.

Really like this brand. I use this when I don't want the flavor of olive oil. Works well with higher heat. Love that it's organic.

This is my go-to cooking oil. It has a neutral taste and imparts a richness to curries and stir fries. Simply love it!
