Excellent Product
I really like this oil. I especially love it in my homemade salad dressings, but I've also used it in bread, on vegetables, etc, etc. It has a nice flavor, good quality, reasonably priced. It's my new favorite.

If used correctly, this is perfect
I have a few different olive oils going at once - some cannot be heated at all and are just for eating. This one serves a great purpose - I can lightly sautee/steam greens or roast root vegetables w/ an organic olive oil and I know Spectrum has not donated money to defeat Prop 37 in CA. Google Organic Consumers Association to see which brands - you'd be shocked! - to boycott.

Our favorite organic, affordable olive oil
We've been enjoying this wonderful tasting, organic olive oil for many years. I've talked with the manufacturer (Spectrum Organic) several times and am quite confident of their honesty and integrity in providing a superior quality olive oil at a reasonable price.
