Coconut Curry Simmer Sauce
Better known as KORMA, this rich and creamy sauce is of Persian-Indian origins. The Mughal Emperors of India, who built the Taj Mahal, patronized this delectable sauce. Made with coconut, cream and exotic spices, with a hint of lime. Korma is a must-have at all wedding dinners. Spicy Nothings has taken out the cream to cut the fat, while preserving the rich, creamy flavor.
Cooking Instructions: Heat 1 Tbsp of oil on high. Saute 1 lb to 1.5 lbs of meat or veggies (cut into bite-size pieces) 'till done. Pour over the contents of jar and mix well. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Enjoy with rice, pita bread or tortillas.
