Delicious! One of our many favorites from St. Dalfour. Excellent flavor and ingredients and no citric acid which I am very allergic to. It is extremely difficult to find any fruit products without it. Jam done right! April 11, 2013

Most EVERY company who makes jams or spreads these days adds the cancer fuel SUGAR to their product which is so tragic because it does not have to be that way =) St.Dalfour only naturally sweetens their DELICIOUS product with a white grape juice concenrate and the rest is 100% fruit! Its the most pleasurable spread to have on a slice of sprouted grain bread or to use in one of my favorite processed free recipes which is Sweet and Skinny Meatballs with sauce! March 16, 2013

You can taste the fruit, not the sweetener I gave this 4 instead of 5 as it's a bit heavy in taste compared to the peach. I'm not sure if it's a lack of spices - I think a little nutmeg, cinnamon, etc would have jazzed the flavor a little. But still excellent and the 2nd time I've bought it. Just not the superlative perfection of the kumquat, peach,or ginger marmelade flavors. These are about the only fruit spreads I buy any more as the flavor can't be beat. February 11, 2013

Here is a major culinary achievement. Gifts of nature elevated by French chefs into all natural ‘Rhapsodie de Fruits’. At the same time both delectable and nutritious. St. Dalfour ‘Rhapsodie de Fruits’ are made in the heart of the French countryside to an old recipe from the Loire Valley. They are pure fancy plums (Mirabelle plums). No sugar is added. Only the natural sweetness of concentrated grape juice is used. This natural sweetness produces a taste which is much fresher and more delicious than the heavy taste of sugar.
