Betta' than fast food! This is a product you should heat before you eat however, if you are starving to death you can eat it without heating. If you can heat and add other types of ingredients like sauce -OR- mushrooms, etc. this makes a nice quick meal for anyone on the go. September 26, 2012

Convenient & Nutritious! This makes a great side dish for a quick lunch. There's enough for 2 if it's accompanied by meat or fish. We enjoy it better refrigerated rather than at room temp. Add the dressing ahead of time. August 12, 2012
