healthy, tasty quick meal on the go!
It's really nice to find a good product that is healthy, tasty and convenient for road trips and plane trips.

For me, one serving
Very good!! I eat the whole bowl. If you double the numbers on the label, this is still better than anything you can get that is processed or from a fast food spot. Not to mention, this one will have 18 grams of protein. For the perfect lunch, I have sliced tomatoes and cucumbers along with it. So simple and so good.

Tasty Flavor and Seasoned Well But Little Tuna
I love that the seasoning keeps this meal from tasting too salty or bland and that there are plenty of vegetables and pasta. But, after stirring and stirring looking for the tuna, I found about a teaspoon full of meat. So disappointed! It should be called Pasta & Vegetables Seasoned with Tuna. But, regardless, it was good.

I was a bit skeptical about this stuff, but I decided to trust the reviews and I found it to be delicious! It doesn't look super enticing at first, but it is a convenient and filling meal that is still relatively light and healthy at only 240 calories for the whole tin. (I ate it cold straight out of the can.) The tuna chunks weren't too salty or too "fishy" smelling while still maintaining the tuna flavor. That said, I probably wouldn't eat this on a plane (unless I had to sit next to a drunkard who already stinks of their 3rd Jack & Coke) but if eaten cold you could probably scarf this down at work without complaints from those co-workers that practically pride themselves on being hypersensitive to food smells. The vegetables were on the softer side but not mushy--I especially loved the potato and carrot chunks--and everything was delicately flavored. I could definitely imagine some might prefer a little extra seasoning/heating up/whatever (there are some suggestions on the box to give it a little extra oomph), but in a grab n go/too lazy/ situation, this is pretty tasty.
