Vitacost is a great resource for finding organic quality products for a great price. I have enjoyed the cinnamon... it is great for health and it has a full rich flavor that is often lacking in regular cinnamon. I am always looing for products that are produced organically without sprays and other harmful things that compromise the value of the product. I will continue to buy this product.

Excellent Cinnamon Taste w/ a Hint of Sweetness
I decided to buy cinnamon in bulk because it is heavily used in our household. My husband loves to put it in his oatmeal for breakfast (or sometimes a quick dinner). This cinnamon has a nice sweet taste that we both really enjoy.
I've been looking for authentic cinnamon, as most "cinnamon" is made from cassia bark. At first I thought this was it, but later discovered it's another type of cassia. Still, is very delicious and a good price. I would probably buy this again.

Rich flavor, convenient to use
This cinnamon has a great rich flavor and it is so finely ground making it very easy to use. A little bit goes a long way.
