makes a tasty tea
I use this mainly to make ginger tea. It's very popular at work and I make 4-6 pots of it in a day. The only improvement I'd suggest is if it were from another location. As a rule I'm avoiding products from China and Japan.

Ginger and What Else?
I made a cup of ginger tea with this. For a product that claims to be 100% ginger, the ginger was not strong at all. It left me to wonder what else is in this product. The bag was large for a 100% bag of powdered ginger. Now I know why.
