"I cannot say enough good things about this cinnamon. I will never buy ground cinnamon again. This is a 1 lb. size..that's a lot..but what I did was to fill a small decorative jar and put the remainder in a zip bag and put in the freezer. It will last a long time. I use the same amount in recipes and the flavor is so much better than ground."

"This is the best cinnamon I have ever used hands down. It smells so rich and flavors things so wonderfully. It's even ORGANIC - which I personallly love! I use it for baking as well as I keep a little in an open bowl in the kitchen just for the smell. You'll love the rich flavor this adds to your baking."
