What you'll need:
1 package of Sticky Fingers Bakeries Gluten-Free Scone mix
1 cup cool water
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Prep Preheat oven to 375 F. Lightly grease baking sheet pan or line with parchment paper.
Mix Empty dry mix into large bowl. In a liquid measing cup, whisk oil and water with a fork, and add it all at once to the dry mix. Stir with fork until completely combined and a sticky dough forms.
Bake Drop batter by heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake about 13-15 minutes, or until firm and light golden brown. Makes about 10 scones. Devour when warm or save 'til later. They're great on their own, with butter, honey, jams or curds.
