This hearty, healthy blend of gluten free whole grains can be used cup for cup in place of all purpose white flour in any of your favorite recipes. It is high in protein and fiber, and is nutritionally comparable to whole-wheat flour.
You will need to add xanthan gum to the recipe when you use this flour.
How to add xanthan gum to your recipes: Yeast breads; add 1 tsp per cup of flour. Quick breads; add 3/4 tsp per cup of flour. Cookies; add 1/2 tsp per cup of flour. Pancakes/Waffles; add 1/2 tsp per cup of flour.
