The Sunfood Difference
The raw, organic cacao butter is made from non-GMO, certified organic heirloom cacao beans. Most other cacao butters are exposed to temperatures as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit during processing, but our cacao butter's temperature is never allowed to reach 120 degrees to preserve enzymes & nutrients. No chemicals or solvents are used at any point during this process.
Suggested Use: Use cacao butter in any recipe that requires oil, where a chocolate flavor is desired.
