Love, Love, LOVE (tastes like chocolate!)
Out of all the carobs I've tried, this tastes as close to chocolate as any. Creamy, rich....I eat the chips right of the bag.

I love that these have no added sugar or caffeine! Melt nicely in mouth!

I love carob, and this is a fine product. But if it's delivered in the summer, you may end up with a blob. Mine sat in my mailbox for a day and melted. I ended up putting it in the fridge to create a carob rock. What can you do with that? I tried running it thru a cheese grater to get little shavings....not the best for cookies. This should only be ordered when its cool enough outdoors to guarantee they will remain as chips.

These are great!
Couldn't believe I would actually prefer this to chocolate! Just don't order in warm weather, my last shipment of two packages came as two solid blocks! Had to grate it up! I ordered in April! Didn't expect that to be a problem!

Try the recipe on the package
I try to avoid all white sugar I can, so finding some carob chips that taste good is a happy thing. I tried the recipe on the package for the bars with orange in them. Delicious! I also keep them in a jar just to have a few for a treat sometimes.
