Very Good Seems easy to digest. Don't get that vitamin 'burp' that sometimes comes from a multi vitamin. Not a big breakfast eater, so need a vitamin that's easy to digest with just a little food. December 13, 2012

Big Tablets, but good I can't tell the difference between one multi-vitamin and another however I don't have an aftertaste. They are a bit bigger than the "normal" well known brands but they seem to be made from better products. November 14, 2012

Excellent Vitamins These are the best vitamins I have ever found! They are amazing however I gave them four stars because they do make you burp and your burps are absolutely disgusting. It's worth it in my opinion but you should know they are one of the smelly ones. November 13, 2012
