Nice product wish there were a higher strength one
This is a nice product but I wish there were a higher strength available (yep I live somewhere dark without sun). I know it's mean to be well absorbed sublingually, I just wish there were a little more to absorb ;-)

Raises serum D levels
My allergy doctor recommended using this product to raise my vitamin D levels. I take a large dose (70,000 IUs - this is my maintainance dose - larger doses were used building up to maintainance) once a week and my vitamin D level has gone from 22 to 77 (it took about a year and a half to reach this level using this mega dose therapy). I've maintained the 77 level for about two years. I would highly recommend following this approach under the guidance of a doctor familiar with this kind of therapy.

Lissiet- re tabs not dissolving: do not expose the tablets to air for too long. If they have been left out of bottle before use, they tend to become hard and do not dissolve as well.
I highly recommend this product. If taken as directed, dissolves quickly with no aftertaste.

This Vitamin D Works
I have tried other products including prescription Vitamin D and they never got my vitamin D levels up until my doctor recommended this one. My levels are increasing very nicely now. I have recommended this product to my friends. Nowadays we all seem to have a vitamin D deficiency. This product works!

Try another D3, please!
I am so disappointed in this product. My doctor told me to get D3 that dissolves in the mouth because he didn't think I was absorbing the capsules. I was unable to locate the type he recommended which is a spray so I read the reviews on Superior Source's Vitamin D3 Instant Dissolve Tablets and thought it would work. They are called "Instant Dissolve Tablets" but they do not dissolve!!! These little white "tablets" do not dissolve instantly or even slowly. Sometimes they do not dissolve at all and I end up chewing them-crunch, crunch, crunch. Another thing is that each tablet is supposed to be 10,000 IU's but each tablet is a different size. Clearly, the quality of this product is very low. This was a waste of money and a HUGE disappointment. I consider Superior Source to be a Superior Rip-off!
