Great snack!
This is great to eat plain or to put a spread on it. It is one of my favorites and I buy 5 or 6 at a time so as not to run out. For the calories and sodium count it is a great treat for me. The sweet flavor is just a "hint". Very good!

Tasty snack
These Spelt puffed cakes taste a lot like sugar puffs cereal, but has better ingredients. My son really likes this tasty snack.
