A great snack plain or with peanut butter on it. I have a very strict diet and this is the only cracker I can eat. I love them and so grateful they have very few simple ingredients.

Best rice cake
These are my favorite rice cakes. They are thin enough to dip into salsa and hummus like chips, unlike thicker round rice cakes. They container few calories per slice. I top it with sliced avocado and eat like toast. No taste in and of themselves but great conduit for anything you can possibly think of.

Great for snack or part of a meal
I especially like Suzie's Thin Cakes with almond butter. I have this along with my vegetarian soup, and it adds good flavor and protein. Thin Cakes are also a quick and tasty snack.

Multi use product
Great topped w/ just about anything: hummus, chicken or tuna salad, almond or peanut butter, etc. Stays firm & crisp. Good base & flavor too.
