A delicious bedtime snack! Casein is recommended before bed b/c it breaks down a lot more slowly than whey isolate (recommended for the morning before workouts). This mixes quickly and smoothly with water in my shaker bottle and is an excellent late night snack when I'm craving ice cream or sweets. It tastes great, and I feel good knowing my muscles are being fed protein while I sleep. I'm not a workout fanatic, but I feel I'm much slimmer in my tummy area since I've replaced my Hagen-Dazs with this shake :) This is low in carbs and fairly low in calories. I also recommend a good whey isolate in the morning instead of breakfast. November 27, 2012

Based on taste preference, mix one scoop of Micellar Crème per 8 ounces of water or milk. For those with lower protein needs, one half scoop may be consumed with 4 ounces of water or milk.
