All-in-all this is pretty good. This Whey Protein is actually pretty good. Syntrax says this stuff mixes easily and they are not kidding. In fact, I don't like putting it in the blender because it foams up so much. Mixing it in a glass is quick and easy, but if you want to blend it with fruit or other products (glutamine, etc.) you have to be careful. Syntrax makes other protein powders in their "Sweets" line and all of them are pretty good. My only complaint would be that the bits of "cookie" fall to the bottom of the glass if you don't drink it right away, or blend it with fruit and ice. All-in-all, it provides the required protein and is pretty good. February 14, 2013

decent taste mixes very well. I bought this flavor because the plain flavors (choc/vanilla) were making me nauseous. it was a pleasant change. the only drawback is that it's very sweet; in my opinion. I only wished it came in smaller sizes, no one needs this big of a container of any thing!! it's also kinda pricey. November 11, 2012
