great product I just add water and shake.Mixes easily. Tastes great and smooth,no lumps. Mainly tried this brand based on the nutritional info. Plenty of protein, no sugar, lactose free, low sodium, no carbs. Hard to find with 23 grams of protein. This flavor happens to be my fav, but others are good, too. April 8, 2013

I guess I am spoiled I have a hard time with these powders. It seems most of them taste artificial to me.. perhaps because they are! This isnt too bad and so far it is my favorite, but I have been spoiled by my former shakes. Coimpared to them these taste like watered down food coloring. It is too bad they do not have the texture of rich and creamy smoothies. Maybe I would like that better. I do use them in my smoothies to help flavor and to add protein and they are not bad if I use real fruit with them. I just cannot drink them without adding something.. even plain homemade yogurt helps. February 14, 2013

Syntrax is Great This flavor is not my favorite. If you are a fan of Fuzzy Navel (my favorite) this is not as good but it was better that Carribean Cooler. It is good mixed with milk, banana, and vanilla yogurt as a smoothie. And like all Syntrax, it mixes great and has no weird after taste (Like GNC's brands) January 22, 2013

fantastic product I can mix Nectar w either water or milk and get lots of protein. It is perfect for someone preparing for bariatric surgery or just as good for post surgery. It is very low in calories and very high in protein. Best of all it is yummy , can be mixed w a spoon and there is no aftertaste. January 12, 2013
