Syntrax Nectar Whey Protein Isolate Powder Unflavored -- 1 lb
good choice for adding whey protein into whatever
Just ordered my second one of these (it was on sale, so I bought more before I really needed to). It gives you whey protein without much impact on the flavor of whatever you mix it into. I don't understand why the unflavored costs more than the flavored varieties, but I guess most people want the flavored mixes. I think the Syntrax flavored mixes are better than any other I've tried, but I still only like a few of them. So now I can mix up the chocolate routine with lemonade or chai or whatever I want.
Note to Vitacost: It would be awesome if you sold sample packets of the Syntrax flavors. I know they make them because I've bought some other places. That's how I know I don't like them -- except the chocolate and cappuccino. But I haven't been able to find samples for all of the flavors. I'm sure there are more that I would like. However, I can't see spending $35 bucks for something I wind up having to throw away. Been there, done that.

Does not mix well
I was very excited about this product. It does not mix well. It makes whatever you are mixing into cloudy and creates an off putting consistency.

Love this unflavored protein powder
I love this protein powder. I add to instant soups and diet hot chocolate mix and almond milk - stuff like that - for additional protein. The secret is dissolving in cold water first (per the directions) - then I add to hot liquids if desired. It mixes well in cold liquids and has a great punch of protein (10 grams) for 50 calories. I prefer this over unflavored Designer Whey and other unflavored protein mixes.
