Taste of Gluten Free Cake Mix Vanilla Description
Gluten Free Vanilla Cake / Cupcake Mix that tastes great and is easy to bake. Loaded with healthy ingredients such as Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Xanthan Gum, Corn Starch, and Kosher Salt.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease 9" square pan
Using an Electric Mixer, mix the following:
9 Tablespoons unsalted Butter (Room Temperature) • 3 Eggs
¾ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Water
1 Lemon Zest (optional) • Add dry mix ingredients • Mix well
Pour batter into prepared pan
Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
Cool before frosting
Cooking Instructions for Cupcakes
Follow instructions above except use cupcake liners placed in cupcake pan. Divide batter equally among prepared cupcake pans. Bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean • Cool before frosting
