Taste of Gluten Free Shortbread Cookies Description
Gluten Free Shortbread Cookie Mix that tasted great and is easy to bake. Loaded with healthy ingredients such as Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, and Xanthin Gum.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease cookie sheet or use parchment paper.
Using an Electric Mixer, mix the following:
1-1/2 sticks of Butter (room temperature)
1/2 teaspoon pure Vanilla Extract
Add dry mix ingredient • Mix well
Roll dough 1/2 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter • Place on prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cookies just turn light brown around edges.
Cool before shaking Confectioner's Sugar over cookies.
