Great flavor
This tea is amazing! I drink it every morning instead of coffee. Great flavor. I just ordered more and can't wait for it to arrive as I ran out. I highly recommend this tea to tea drinkers who know good tea! I am not a fan of Tazo's flavored tea as some flavors are too sour (Passion or Wild Sweet Orange) and are not good for just a cup of tea....maybe will be great to make a big batch of iced tea over the summer (I'll try that since I still have full packs of those 2 flavors). I prefer regular black tea as this one.

great flavor
Has great flavor, lasts a long time. I put it in a decanter and pour hot water. One bag goes a long way. It has a great flavor.

mix has changed for the worst
This is what Starbucks uses for its iced tea. And it used to make great tea at home as well. I live in London, where iced tea is actually tough to find in a restaurant, and thus had been importing 100 boxes at a time. But sometime in the last year (end of 2011?) they changed the mix of leaves, and it's just not near as good. It still beats Lipton, but its taste is now average and it's appearance is cloudy and with films. (I used bottled water, thrice filtered etc., it's not the water, it's the tea.) There are more folks complaining at the Starbucks website, google Taza Awake reviews and you'll see the chorus.
