Activate TeeChia's Fiber
1) Put 1/3 cup TeeChia in a bowl.
2) Add 1/2 cup of hot water or 1/3 cup cold water.
3) Stir and let soak until water is absorbed (less than 1 minute).
4) Add milk, yogurt, or your favorite dairy alternative.
