A traditional spice mixture of Northern India, Pakistan and Afghanistan, Tandoori Masala is typically used with chicken, fish or other meat which is cooked in a Tandoor oven. Unlike most Tandoori blends, this has no artificial color.
Mix with yogurt and lemon juice for a meat marinade.
Dry rub prior to grilling, pan frying, roasting or broiling
Use with coconut milk or broth to create a sauce or curry
