I learned the benefits of consuming 30g of protein within 30 minutes of waking up in the morning. The most convenient way is to consume whey protein. Highly processed whey protein loses its health benefits. This whey protein is the one what I have been looking for. I mixed it with organic matcha green tea powder; start my day with a delicious shake and it keeps me going for the entire day. I also lost weight by doing this very simple thing in the morning.

Best protein product
I have tried multiple protein powders over the years and have disliked all of them enough to stop trying. Recently, I've read the importance of consuming 10g of protein within 30-60 minutes post workout so I decided to try again and found this protein at a local organic market. They were pricey but through vitacost, this is a great price for an excellent product. I love the taste- not too creamy, not foamy and it doesn't have the classic protein taste that I dislike so much. Plus, I turn 12 servings into 24 by mixing 1 scoop in 6-8 ounces of almond milk for the 10 grams of protein I need.

Great, but expensive
There is no denying this is a great tasting product. I don't trust most whey powder or most cow related product in the U.S. for that matter, so I ordered Tera's thinking I was doing the right thing, but secretly hoping it would taste bad, so I didn't have to keep buying it, but it tastes great! I had some leftover vanilla whey and I mixed the coffee whey with that and it tastes superb. The only knock I have against Tera's whey is that it is not made from RAW milk. I am not sure how much that matters, but I have been told it does. I need to find out more though. There are not many whey products out there at this quality level.
