Great for Coconut Whipped Cream!
I love using Thai Kitchen coconut milk to make coconut whipped cream. Just put the can in the fridge overnight and the liquid will separate from the cream. The next day, pour off the liquid, whip the cream with an electric mixer and you're all set!

Not the same as before because
None of them are. They are using a different emulsifier. Its not just this coconut milk. Its every brand I've tried. Used to chill it
overnight and get the best whipping cream ever. Can't find one brand that works anymore. Native forest was going to put out a small can of just the cream which would be wonderful but I haven't seen it on the market. Just a sample they sent me a long time ago. Its still good for cooking with but not nearly as rich as it used to be.

Great for cooking
I use this for my Thai dishes, bake with it, if I want a rich coconut flavor (substitute the water or milk).
Also, I use it to make my homemade gluten free dog cookies, and to give the dogs a special treat I pour it over there dry dog food and they love it!!!

I love everything about coconut!!
This is high fat, I prefer the lighter version, but there was none
in stock. I love to cook with this.
Great flavor. Can skim the thick cream off the top for other recipies.
