Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk -- 13.66 fl oz
I love everything about coconut!!
This is high fat, I prefer the lighter version, but there was none
in stock. I love to cook with this.
Great flavor. Can skim the thick cream off the top for other recipies.

Something changed, not the same as before
I used to get a nice thick frosting with this and some I got at the health food store made the frosting well but all I got from Vitacost were liquid when opened even after having in the fridge for weeks. I suspect the ones that made the good frosting were from an old batch as things move slow in our local health food store and those in Vitacost were from the newer watered down batches like a previous reviewer stated. I agree with that person, Thai coconut milk is not the same. I really hope they go back to their old formula.

thick, creamy, REAL coconut milk. not ultra processed thin watery milk. gets semi solid at cooler temps and it thick and wonderful. great for homemade icecream or adding to chicken soup with turmeric. yum

i use it for coconut frosting!
i buy this for coconut frosting. while i was unable to have dairy products i would make a garbanzo bean chocolate cake (amazing!) and this was my frosting. when serving it to others, i would add raw honey. how to: refrigerate can for at least 7 days. whip in mixer until fluffy. plop it on your cake and voila! delicious and nutritious! add a dusting of cacao powder for extra yumminess and prettiness!

This has been bought by a new company and it is nothing but watered down solution with guar gum to make it thick. Not at all real 100% coconut milk.
