Good taste I like this soup, it's tough and just the right amount of carbs for a diabetic! #1 reason love the time it takes to make lunch or dinner when you have a minute to make it & #2 the flavor is good, just not enough in aserving you'll want more..I plan to add scallions in there to enhance to flavor more because I love alot of onions. never buy this I bought 4 different rice noodle from Thai kitchen. They are very small, doesn't have good flavor, very very disappointed. I will never buy this again. February 21, 2012

Simple and delicious! I made this soup last night and really enjoyed it! The original version is simple to make, boil a cup of water, throw the noodles in and cook three minutes, add seasoning and chili packet. As you can see from the photo I added a head of bok choy as well as some mushrooms and this really, really made it even more delicious and healthy. I liked that one can control the seasoning, I was satisfied using about 3/.4 of the seasoning packet and very little chili oil. The Green Onion and the Garlic and Vegetable versions of this soup are the only two that are both gluten and dairy free. Love the price, have not found it cheaper anywhere else! January 2, 2012
