A big hit. These are a big hit at the house! Everyone seems to enjoy them. I have not personally tasted it but I will be buying again. September 12, 2012

Thai Kitchen roasted garlic & veg soup Thai package soups are full of flavor, easy to prepare, make a great lunch and are low in calories. They are easy to purchase online. My favorite Thai Kitchen soups also are Green Onion and Thai Ginger. I hope that they will never stop making these soups. I'd be lost without them. May 15, 2012

Excellent gluten free soup! Excellent tasting gluten free soup. I also add a few additional chopped up veggies (like sweet red peppers) and a dab of coconut oil for additional nutrition. Can also make a complete meal by adding a little protein such as egg or chunks of leftover chicken. April 26, 2012

Cooking Time: 3 minutes

Stovetop:

In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Add rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning.
Cook for approximately 3 minutes, stirring often, until noodles are tender. Enjoy!

Microwave:

In a microwave-safe cup or bowl, immerse rice noodles, powder seasoning and oil seasoning in 1 cup of water. Cook on high temperature for approximately 3 minutes or until water is hot. Stir well; let stand until noodles are tender. Enjoy.
