Easy to prepare, my kids love it!
The preparation for this is so easy that my teenage boys fix their own for lunch! They enjoy eating this gluten-free food!

Delicious
This doesn't have much junk in it so it's somewhat healthy and tasty. Don't let it sit in your cupboard for long, noodles get old. I saute up some vegies in a little oil (onions, garlic, broccoli), whatever you like. Then follow directions and throw it all together.

Did not care for
We did not like the flavor of the sauce, therefore I would not buy this product again, in fact I probably won't buy this brand again. We like a lot of variety of food, but this was just not good.

Fast and delicious!
I really enjoy making pad thai at home now with this kit, it makes it really simple. What has worked best for me is to steam the veggies first (love broccoli) to just about done al dente. Then I submerge the noodles in the boiled water and remove from the heat and wait 8-10 minutes until the noodles soften. While you wait for the noodles to be done you can stir fry your meat of choice or tofu and then add the sauce that comes in the kit. The very last step is to add in the broccoli or veggies and the noodles to the meat, mix it well and then enjoy! When I tried to cook the shrimp and veggies together I found it hard to time them so they both came out just so the food was overcooked. This is why I pre steam the veggies first so they are done perfectly. With one pound of shrimp and one head of broccoli this makes enough food for three or four adults. Delicious! You have dinner in under fifteen minutes.
