I use this in soups, to make gravy, just about anything that needs a tasty base. I like the low sodium so I can just add how much salt I want, and not get over loaded with it. So glad I found this!

I love the fact that it is lower in sodium and still retains that nice flavor. I use one cube in my rice cooker to give plain brown rice a kick, also in soups and even stir frys. I keep several packs on hand at all times. It does take time to dissolve (and it will float to the top at times) when just placed into a pot of soup liquid so I put it in hot water first to dissolve it before adding it.

Great for flavoring my soups and stews. Also a good low-calorie snack when something savory is what you crave.
