Theramedix pHB - pH Balance Directions
Recommended Usage: For maintenance 1-2 capsules before bed on an empty stomach (1/2 hour before or 2 hours after a meal) with at least 6 oz. of water. For Therapeutic Purposes: 1 in the morning. 1 in the afternoon and 2 before bed. Always take on an empty stomach.
